Reference fares are not live quotes. Group estimates use adult fares or the listed vehicle capacity. Child discounts, oversized luggage, tolls, extra vehicles and onward journeys may change the total. Currency is the airport’s reference currency; no exchange conversion is applied.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TERMINAL
A smoother arrival starts here.
Check the final stop
“City center” is an area, not one destination. Compare the arrival stop with your hotel and allow for the last part of the journey.
Arriving late?
Allow time to clear arrivals. Check date-specific operating hours, service interruptions and any night surcharges before choosing.
Count people and bags
Check actual luggage capacity and child-seat requirements. A vehicle’s passenger limit does not guarantee space for every suitcase.
Keep booking details handy
Save your ticket, meeting point, cancellation terms and the provider’s contact details before you travel.

Paddington is not every London destination
A short express-train journey can still leave you with an onward connection. Compare the whole route to your hotel, including any stairs, transfers and extra fares.
Check the exact station and date
Do not treat the operating-window tool as a live service check. Use the operator’s journey planner for engineering work, disruptions and the last suitable connection. Keep the airport terminal and final address to hand when requesting a car quote.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your arrival questions, answered.
Which rail option should I choose?+
Compare the arrival station, onward connections and total fare. The express train and the through-city rail options serve different travel needs.
Are the prices live?+
No. The listed Underground fare is a reference amount with conditions. Other rail tickets and vehicle quotes must be checked for the actual trip.
Can I use these times as a service guarantee?+
No. Check TfL or the train operator for your travel date, including planned closures and terminal-specific services.
